OUR STORY

144-39dfc1ee73e14a10f0f0460100b6da36.jfif

Our goal is to bridge the technology skills gap-- targeting and educating minority populations from underrepresented communities and establishing a pipeline that takes students in the "hood" and prepares them for higher paying jobs and academic "hoods"  of achievement at graduation.

The majority of STEM workers in the U.S. are white (69%), followed by Asians (13%), African Americans (9%), and Hispanics (7%).

Our aim is to increase minorities in STEM fields.
